I love BBQ sauce, specially cook with pork with little fat. Char Siu Sou
is a very common and popular dimsum dish. If you are a fan just like
me, I have a very simple recipe that you could do it at home. I use the
BBQ pork that sell at the Chicken Rice stall. And the pastry is from the
ready roll puff pastry which you could get it from most if the local
supermarket. I used Brog, love the texture and taste but you could use
any other brand.
