Simplee Kiddy Meals : Two ways millets for kids
Simplee Kiddy Meals
Preparation time: 10min
Cooking time: 40min
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Millet
2 cups water
2 slices cheese
1 crabstick (cut small)
2 tbsp shredded carrot
1 tsp anchovies powder (optional)
1 cup chopped spinach
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Put millet, carrot, crabstick and water in pot, bring to boil.
2) Cook with low for 15min till millet is soft.
3) When millet is soften, add spinach. Stir in. Add cheese, stir till cheese melted.
4) done! Ready to serve as porridge.
For millet cake:
1) Cool down remaining millet.
2) When cooled, make into small balls and flatten it then fry it.
3) Millet Cake Done!
