American Ginseng Tea
American Ginseng is widely used in Chinese cooking because Chinese believed it has benefits that could destress and energised someone's mind. Specially if you are a working mum like me you might want to pamper yourself with a cup of American Ginseng Tea. I would enjoy a cup of American Ginseng in the morning or right before lunch, as our body tend to absorb more nutrition before meal. By adding a dash of salt to the tea, it could help reduce body heat as a natural cooling agent...
