Button Mushroom served with Fragrant Rice

Slice mushrooms as desired shapes, I like it thin.
To clean the button mushrooms, all you need to do it just rinse them
under running tap water. Remember not to soak them in the water to
avoid soggy mushrooms. Slice them thinly.
Get the pan heated, pour in a little amount of sunflower seed oil.
Add in about a teaspoon of  minced garlic, stir it. When the garlic
turns a little yellowish add in mushrooms and stir fry for about
1-2 minutes, lastly add in 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir well.
I did not add any water, as the mushroom will become soft and expel
some water.
Add in some chopped parsley.
Voila! Ready to be served with fragrant rice.
