Cream Butter Chicken

Simple Dinner Ideas - Cream Butter Chicken
Preparation Time: 1 hour (to marinate chicken for 1 hour, you may skipped this if you do not have time)
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

200 gm Chicken Drumstick (debone and cut into cubes)
200g Evaporated Milk
10g Lurpak Butter (or you may use margerine)
1tsp Minced Garlic
1stalk Curry Leaf (remove stem)
1tsp Corn Flour (for starch, dilute with 2tbsp water)
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1. Marinate chicken with soya & pepper for 1 hour.
2. Heat a medium pan then add some canola oil. add in chicken cubes, fried chicken cubes till cooked, approximately 8 minutes. Set aside
3. Use the same pan/wok, turn to low fire, put in butter, garlic and curry leaves and fried till you smell the aroma of the curry leaves then add in the pre-cook chicken. Keep stirring.
4. Pour in the evaporated milk and stir.
5. Add in starch water and keep stirring. Lastly, add salt to taste.
