Simplee Dinner Idea : Pan Seared Dory with White Sauce
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
When you ran out of time and also idea what to cook for dinner, perhaps you could try this. It's simple yet delicious, my kid and husband love it.
Ingredients:
Dory Fillet - 200gm (marinate with salt & parsley) coated with corn flour
Mixed Vegetables (corn, carrot & pea) - 1/4 cup
Mash Potato (pre cook potato, mashed)
Prego cabonara white sauce - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Method:
1) Marinate fish fillet with some salt, just a pinch and some dried parsley flakes on both sides. All over. Coated with corn flour, then put it in a pre heated pan and fry.
2) Fry for 5 minutes each side, depends on the thickness of your fillet. Approximately 5 minutes for 1.5cm thicj fillet.
3) When the fish is done, set aside.
4) Mix carbonara sauce with water and let it boil, put in mix vegetables. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
5) Pour sauce over fish. Ready to be served.

Watermelon cube - 1 cup

Simplee Dinner Idea - kiddy Shepherd's Pie
Preparation Time : 30 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
I have a very picky eater at home, argh.. Just to make her finish her plate of rice probably is the toughest task for the day! Well I thought for a change, maybe no rice for tonight, and potato is equally good.
So I have decided to make Shepherd's Pie for Olivia's dinner. Simply and yummy..
Ingredients:
Potato 2 medium size
Ground pork 50g
Wochester sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 1 small cube
Green peas & carrot 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Method:
1. Marinate ground pork with Wochester Sauce & parsley.
2. Steam potato till cook for 20 minutes. Mash them with fork, add butter and mix well.
3. Cook ground pork, peas & carrots in a pan. Stri fried till pork is cook and peas and carrots turn soft. Add in corn flour, tomato sauce into water, mix well and stir in the ground pork mix.
4. Transfer them into a oven proof bowl (medium size). Top with mash potato.
5. Bake in high heat for 15 minutes or when potato turns yellowish/light brown.
6. Ready to be serve.
