Simplee Dinner Idea : Pan Seared Dory with White Sauce
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
When you ran out of time and also idea what to cook for dinner, perhaps you could try this. It's simple yet delicious, my kid and husband love it.
Ingredients:
Dory Fillet - 200gm (marinate with salt & parsley) coated with corn flour
Mixed Vegetables (corn, carrot & pea) - 1/4 cup
Mash Potato (pre cook potato, mashed)
Prego cabonara white sauce - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Method:
1) Marinate fish fillet with some salt, just a pinch and some dried parsley flakes on both sides. All over. Coated with corn flour, then put it in a pre heated pan and fry.
2) Fry for 5 minutes each side, depends on the thickness of your fillet. Approximately 5 minutes for 1.5cm thicj fillet.
3) When the fish is done, set aside.
4) Mix carbonara sauce with water and let it boil, put in mix vegetables. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.
5) Pour sauce over fish. Ready to be served.
