Salmon is a popular food in Japan and now it has become the favourite among us because of its high protein, high omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content. Salmon can be eaten raw and cooked, and I love both.
I have a left over salmon in the freezer, not much. Approximately 150gm, a small piece of fillet. But with the right combinations, this could ended up to be a delicious snack.
